Hi guys, it's Dean here. I am sooooo excited about coming up to meet you and your children very soon! We are going to have HEAPS of fun! I just made you a little video to explain a bit more about The Wombmates Project and the process. It does go for a few minutes but might answer a few questions you may have. (Sorry it's a bit rough!)

There are a couple of key things to consider before your shoot:

Remember to bring along a few props or personal items to your shoot that help to tell the story of who your family are. We want to capture truly unique images of your family in your element, doing what you do. So, be creative!

Also, a few different outfits are a good idea to change up the look a little bit. As a general guideline I think it is better to avoid having too many busy patterns on clothing which can be quite distracting. If the weather is nice we might take a wander outside too so be prepared for that :)

Further, this is an awesome opportunity for you to update your family portraits, so bring as many family members as you can! Mum, Dad, Grandma, even the dog!

To say thank you for participating in our project, and for supporting the Tasmanian Multiple Birth Association, we'd love to give you a thank you gift of a $300 credit to put towards anything you would like to order at your ordering appointment.

During your appointment, we'll also narrow down your favourite images, so we have a short list to choose from for the purpose of selecting which images will appear at the Wombmates Exhibition.

If you would like to order any of your images, as mentioned here, our gift prints (8x10") start at $190 and come down to just $90 based on how many you order. Our archival wall art pieces range up into the high hundreds, and our great value print packages start at just under a thousand dollars. Sometimes people spend a few hundred dollars but most of the time people choose to purchase around $1500 - $3000 worth of artwork. It depends on how much you love your images and how many you would like to decorate the walls of our home. There is no obligation for you to spend anything, but please be aware that due to having such a busy schedule, the time we have put aside your ordering appointment is your only opportunity to purchase artwork for your home.

I've also made a little gallery (below) of examples of my artwork hanging on walls to give you some ideas about how you might like to display some photographs in your home. I will go into some details about this process in the video. During your ordering appointment I can create layouts like these specific to your home if you like. If you love homework, then it's a good idea to bring along a few photos of the walls in your home to get an idea of what size/combination will work best for you.

I look forward to meeting you in a couple of days! See you soon :)

Cheers,

Dean
