I've had a few clients ask to do this and it is soooooo much fun!
The three brothers above surprised mum as a Christmas present last year with these! 🤣 She loved it!!
I swear I've never laughed so much during a shoot… it's just so silly but also a great way to spend time with those you love and not have to be serious about anything!
The idea really comes from these two fellas and their fur babies who sent me this email… “Hi, was wondering if you do retro 80s/90s photo portraits with pets?”. I wasn’t sure if they were serious but of course I wanted to find out! They sent me an example of exactly the vibe they were going for (like the finished result above) so we set about recreating it just for them! Now, it lives proudly on their lounge room wall at home! 🤣 Bahahaha so good 😍
Here’s how I see it going down for you…
You think this is a hilarious idea so you fill in the application form below. You know the fam will get on board so on to step 2. (Oh and by ‘fam’ I totally mean either biological or the family you choose - Besties totally welcome)
You then ask them about it, show them this page, laugh together and fully commit by booking yourself a planning appointment to have a chat with us about how to prepare etc. At this point, we book in a time for the magic to happen 📆 🙌🏼
You go shopping for outfits! 🤩👚👕 No need for designer or even new… think mums wardrobe, op shop or super basic fit from targèt
PHOTOSHOOT DAY! 📸 Ok, are you ready?…
We’re gonna run you through the weirdest poses and you can totally bring all of your own ideas as well. No rules. Only fun. 😅 Plenty of time to make some nice modern and cool portraits too so you get the best of others worlds.
Chances are, you’re going to love the results and we want to show them to you in the best way possible… so a week or so after your shoot it’s ‘slideshow in the movie room time’ baby! 📽️🤩 BYO drinks if you’re that way inclined… this is when you choose which images you want to buy and how you want them to be displayed (ie framed wall art, an album, small prints or just digitally)
How much?
Your session fee is $500 and includes your two favourite images as digital files. OR, if you’re feeling a little more fancy, you could choose to claim it all back as credit towards any of our artwork collections that start as just under $2k. That would get you a beautiful big framed print of the most epic photo we make and 4 smaller loose prints to share.
